On Wednesday, May 20th, Grassy Narrows First Nation will be in court to challenge the Ontario government’s decision to allow the Madsen Mine to reopen without their consent.
This is an event to show up in solidarity. We will not be disrupting the court proceedings.

We are asking supporters to show up at the courthouse to show support and solidarity. This is a judicial review—a court process where three judges examine whether the government’s decision to reopen the mine was made legally, fairly, and in accordance with the law.
