The SHADE Act, Supervisor Mahmood's legislation to fight housing obstructionism and prevent shadows cast by buildings from being used in appeals, is going before the Board of Supervisors' Land Use Committee on Monday, September 28th at 1:30pm. Come give public comment, support the legislation and let the board know that we need to build more housing NOW.
