About Tracy Wallace
Tracy Wallace is a justice warrior—environmental, social, economic—who believes access and equity are the cures to poverty. With tenacity and passion, Tracy works toward resilience to climate change for low-income neighbors, increasing access to energy efficient technologies, and work in clean energy industries. She also serves as City of Dallas District 5’s Environmental Commissioner as well as on the nonprofit boards of Congo Restoration, Miles of Freedom and MATI-X. Tracy was founder and Executive Director of Green Careers Texas, which provided solar PV installation training as pathway to living-wage work in low-income areas (2016-2025). Tracy is a fifth-generation Texan who received her degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
