The Takoma Park City Council has approved a study of the City's rent stabilization law, potentially laying the groundwork to weaken the law. On June 10, the consulting firm, RSG, Inc., will present the results of the rent stabilization study to the City Council.

MoCo DSA is organizing tenants and residents to testify in support of maintaining and even strengthening the city's law. Our original venue is no longer available, but join us at Busboys and Poets in Takoma to workshop testimony together!
