Last year, Person County residents sent a letter to our county commissioners, asking questions about Microsoft's plans for a mega-site, just north of Roxboro. We received no answers.

This year, Microsoft & Person County announced that they were planning to build a data center.

Microsoft also said they were releasing local governments from the non-disclosure agreements they made them sign. Yet, despite their promises of collaboration, we still haven't heard anything about their plans for electricity usage, water, etc.

When you show up, you send a message to your county commissioners and Microsoft that you expect transparency & a say over the decisions that affect your bills, land, and water.
