Wells Fargo workers are coming together to form a union and fight for a better future. But Stan Sherrill, a Senior Human Resources Executive at Wells Fargo who works Charlotte, NC has been visiting branches to spread misinformation about our union to try and dissuade Wells Fargo workers from exercising our right to unionize.

Wells Fargo wants to keep cutting staff, refuses to give us fair raises, and keeps increasing pressure on workers to make sales. The company knows that, as union workers, we have the power to fight for better conditions that not only help workers but also give customers a better experience. For instance, we want to increase staffing, which would lower customer wait times. So far, we have 28 union locations in 15 states, and we will not stop fighting until all Wells Fargo workers have a union!
