Engaged Durhamites for Democracy are partnering with Durham Democrats to protest at the Tesla car dealership to stand up against Musk, DOGE, and our constitutional crisis. This is a nonpartisan event, all are welcome!

This will be a nonviolent protest in which we want to make our voices heard that we reject Musk and need him to go. We will not block the driveway to Tesla.

Why are our Senators Thom Tillis and Ted Budd ignoring the concerns of their constituents? They MUST stand up for the constitution and our federal institutions. WE WILL BE PROTESTING WEEKLY until we receive a PUBLIC RESPONSE and CLEAR ACTION from Senators Tillis and Budd to oppose this administration's unconstitutional actions.

Our first protest was a great success with just under 200 attending. Let's make this next one even bigger. Tell your friends. Let's have fun!

Please bring signs both against Musk but also to encourage people to get engaged and active in the fight. We need people to do more than honk their horn.

Parking will be tight. We suggest carpooling. There is some parking on Grove Church Road and Barrowood. As a last resort, we can try to park at nearby businesses.
