A new Tesla Dealership is being opened in London, Ontario at the corner of Wonderland and Southdale. We are meeting at the South end of Wonderland past Bradley on April 12th at 1 PM to protest. We want to send a strong message that we do not support a company whose owner is opposed to Canadian sovereignty.

Tesla Takedown is a peaceful protest movement. We oppose violence, vandalism and destruction of property. This protest is a lawful exercise of our right to freedom of expression and peaceful assembly under Section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

We all know that buying Tesla hurts Canada. Elon Musk has said that Canada is not a real country and supports the Trump administration’s threats to annex Canada. We demand that Tesla withdraw all its corporate operations from Canada, and we want local, provincial and federal officials to take the threat of Tesla seriously. To demonstrate that Canadians stand united in opposition to Tesla, we encourage local Londoners to boycott the Tesla Dealership opening on Wonderland and Southdale, and the Showroom in Masonville Mall.

The new Tesla dealership on Wonderland and Southdale is not owned by a Canadian. We want that dealership to close. We know that it will have to, because Canadians from all political persuasions and backgrounds will stand together and boycott Tesla. We want to raise awareness with our actions to ensure that any Tesla dealership which opens in London, Ontario, is not a profitable venture.

We view our action as part of a global fight against rising fascism. We are committed to a Canadian future which preserves liberal democracy and our civil liberties. Stand with us, close Tesla, and help stop fascism!
