Join us for our next social event! Our focus this month is on the politics and financing of affordable housing development in DC. We’re excited to be joined by two very knowledgeable local guest speakers: Patrick McAnaney, an affordable housing developer who has worked on multiple major multifamily projects in DC, and Daniel Warwick, an affordable housing consultant and former ANC commissioner in Dupont Circle.

This event will be both educational and social: after the presentations and Q&A session, we encourage everyone to stick around to hang out and get to know other urbanists living in the city. There will be food and drinks available for purchase.
