Age 28. Born and raised in rural Ulster County. Graduated
Kingston High School and then attended City University of
New York, class of 2011, majoring in political science and
economics. Worked as deputy press secretary for Governor
Cuomo in Albany for 4 years. Entered Harvard Law School,
class of 2018, and has taken a leave of absence to run for
office. Lives in Kerhonkson. Priorities for NY19: Creating jobs,
protecting our environment, protecting health care and the
social safety net, investing in our schools, fighting income
inequality and dark money in politics, sensible immigration
policies.

Age 64. Kingston trial lawyer, Deacon at Saint James United Methodist in Kingston, former Ulster County public defender for 9 years. Woodstock resident for 25 years. Graduated SUNY New Paltz with a degree in sociology in 1974 and University of Buffalo Law School 1977. Married to his wife, Karen, for over 40 years. VISTA volunteer for 2 years in Nebraska and SD, and worked at Nebraska Legal Services after. Returned to Hudson Valley in 1982. 2 kids. Works with multiple non-profits, including Family of Woodstock, Habitat for Humanity, UC Human Rights Commission. Priorities for NY19: Jobs, health care, education, veterans, women’s rights, seniors, net neutrality, human rights, clean air and water.

Age 40. Grew up in Schenectady, parents worked for GE.
Attended Colgate, earned Rhodes Scholarship to Oxford, went
to Harvard Law class of 2005, met wife, Lacey Schwartz
Delgado, there; she’s from Kingston and Woodstock. Married
2011. Moved to Rhinebeck recently from NJ. They have twin
sons, age 3 in June 2017. He did hip-hop entertainment
geared toward engaging young people for 4 years in LA, then
worked at a Dallas-based law firm in NYC, from 2011 to
present. His wife is director of Truth Aid, a nonprofit in NYC.
She went to Georgetown undergrad before Harvard Law.
Priorities for NY19: jobs, education, infrastructure, environment, healthcare, women’s rights, immigration, tax policy,
criminal justice reform, democratic integrity, Russia and our
elections.
