Join us for our first Ruido Studios Hub monthly learning session to discuss TikTok as a powerful tool for storytelling, learn fundamentals of what makes a good TikTok, and get insight from local TikTok creators and their approach. Leading this learning session is Santana Peralez Writer, Advocate, and Actress with Trucha, and Elijah Noriega video journalist with RGV Food Blog.

Santana Peralez

Santana is a Writer, Advocate, and Actress, born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. She got her BA in Mass Communication and her MA in Communication at UTRGV and now works at Trucha RGV. At Trucha she started an advice column to help queer people in the RGV that is also featured on TikTok. When Santana isn't working on her latest project she likes to spend time with her Family, Friends and her calico cat Hera.

Elijah Noriega

Elijah is a video journalist, who works for KRGV and is co-owner of RGV food blog. Born and raised in the RGV, got a bachelors in psychology and minor in sociology, on his free time like to bike, skate or run.
