For decades the Murphy Drill Site at 2126 W. Adams Blvd. has harmed community health. The oil operators have repeatedly violated the law and the site’s operating conditions. Meanwhile the City has refused to give our community the same protections it gave to wealthier, whiter, West LA neighborhoods more than a quarter century ago. Years of community advocacy have finally moved the City of LA to schedule a Nuisance Abatement Revocation public hearing to consider closing the drill site. Join us at this town hall to hear about the fight to close down the Murphy Drill Site and how you can get involved!
