As your chapter grows, you will face two challenges: engaging joining members and retaining those you already have. In fact, they're two sides of the same problem, and chapters across the country have learned a lot over the years about how to build lasting social ties that keep members in the struggle despite the setbacks. This training is aimed at chapter leaders who want to learn from other chapters' experiences and connect with their membership in a lasting way so that their chapters can continue growing.

The training itself will be 60 minutes, but the facilitators will stay for an additional 30 minutes afterwards to answer questions and collect feedback if you want to stick around!
