Join us for a special topic training on our newest Mobile Messaging feature: Text-to-take-action on petitions, forms, and events.

‘Text-to-join’, ‘text-to-take-action’, ‘keyword texting’ — it goes by many names, but it means the same thing: people can now take action with just a text!

In the upcoming training we will dive into how you can use Mobile Messaging in the following ways:

• Add keywords such as JOIN, RSVP, or VOTE to a petition, form, or event action

• When anyone texts the keyword to your short code or toll free number, the action is submitted and they are subscribed to your mobile list

• You can then create a ladder with that action as the trigger and send a thank you text, make a donation ask, or collect additional data like first name, zip code, and email address.
