As part of Coastal Cleanup Month 2023, Explore North Coast will be hosting a cleanup around Tuluwat Island in Humboldt Bay. Join on kayak or canoe with the local sea kayak club launching at 9:30AM from Dock I at Woodley Island (please arrive by 9AM). It is free to join, but you will need to bring your own kayak or canoe and a Personal Flotation Device (PFD) with attached whistle is required. Immersion gear is optional, but no cotton. Bring footwear and pants that can get muddy. Cleanup supplies will be provided! Please bring water and sun protection. Join with friends and family to help keep waste out of our waterways!
