We need your help to urge the Chesterfield Planning Commission to unlock more housing through "ZoMod" - their zoning code rewrite process. Here’s how you can get involved:

About the Project:
Chesterfield is asking residents to weigh in on Draft 2 of the new zoning code before October 31!

Outdated and parochial zoning laws restrict new housing development, contributing to limited supply and higher rents. ZoMod could unlock land for new housing, promote a variety of housing types, and welcome new neighbors! Unfortunately, Draft 2 does not go far enough!

Join us on October 15 at 6pm to tell Chesterfield we need more housing now.
