Ready to talk to your colleagues about UCW and what we do? Learn how to start taking collective power by attending our UCW 101: Organizing Fundamentals training. In this training we go over why we organize and the basic building block of our union: the organizing conversation.

A union is only as powerful as its members, and people only join and get active in a union because they are asked. You will learn how to make that ask using the 6 steps of the organizing conversation.

If you've taken this training before, we'd love for you to come, brush up your skills, and help others practice.

Come build your union with your coworkers!

The meeting will be in the Sonia Louden Walker Reception Room. Use the entrances between the sanctuary and the office building. Organizers will be available at the entrance to direct you. This training will follow the January chapter meeting.
