What are Union Rights and Where Do They Come From?

This training will help attendees understand why your workplace has a union and why we need to keep that union strong through participation and engagement.

Goals/Objectives:

1. Participants will realize some of what they don’t know about Unions and their Union contract.

2. Participants will learn important background information about labor history and contemporary organized labor.

3. Participants will understand that the right to engage in concerted activity is the foundation upon which all other union rights is built.
