Saint Paul is expanding its mixed-use Traditional Neighborhood Zoning Districts (T-Districts) along major corridors across the city (as we requested last year), and there will be plenty of opportunities to weigh in. But first, it helps to understand exactly what T-Districts are and what we should be asking the city to do with them.

On September 28 at 7pm, Sustain Saint Paul is hosting a virtual training on T-Districts covering what they are, how they work, and how we feel the city can best implement them.

This training will help you prepare to participate in both the upcoming in-person engagement sessions taking place over the next few weeks as well as the city’s interactive map and virtual survey, which are coming soon. If you want to help advocate for more housing, thriving local businesses, and transit-supporting development, this is a great place to start.
