This upcoming Tuesday ahead of Whittier's regular city council meeting, Democrats For Justice will be hosting a virtual event calling on the Whittier City Council to hold Jessica Martinez accountable for her attendance and support of last week's insurrection at the US Capitol.

Domestic terrorism has no place in our democracy, and any who support the overthrow of our duly-elected government through violent means should have no place in our local government.
