Join us Saturday October 24th for a peaceful nonpartisan event celebrating civic participation and encouraging everyone who is eligible to make a plan to vote from 10 AM to 12 PM on the Lockport City Hall lawn.

This is the third of three (3) non-violent and non-partisan visibility events from September to October 2026 held on the Lockport City Hall lawn, where we stand in solidarity with our neighbors.

Our message for October 24th: Get out and vote. Your voice matters. Your vote counts.

We ask you to please bring a sign that reflects this message, and if you are unable to make a sign prior to the event there will be posters and markers available.

Becky Simon, President of the Board of Directors for the League of Women Voters of Illinois since 2023, will be briefly speaking at 10:30 AM.
