This event is expected to take place online and using the Zoom platform. Closed Captions will be available, but may not be available in Welsh. Welsh speakers will be present, but at the time of creating the event, no provision has been put in place to have welsh translation or British Sign Language. Participants will be allowed to have cameras and mics turned off. If someone is unable to raise their hand digitally, they will be able to arrange with the chair to make alternate arrangements.
