At 12:00 pm on September 10, WFSE members statewide are walking out of work to demand: Fair Pay, Safe Staffing Levels, Manageable Workloads, and Respect in the Workplace. In the midst of a staffing crisis in the public sector, the management is proposing what amounts to a pay cut for our 2025-27 union contracts.
