Access to water is essential to keep your housing. For many people in Wilmington, their water bills are too high, leaving them at risk of losing access.

H.O.M.E.S. Campaign is calling on the City of Wilmington change the system:

• Stop water bill foreclosures for homeowners

• Stop water shutoffs for vulnerable families (households with children under 5, people with disabilities and elderly residents)

• Implement an affordable water billing system

• Stop the plans to increase the water billing rates
