Join the Tennessee Women’s Political Caucus for our Fourth Annual Women’s Day on the Hill on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Cordell Hull State Building in Nashville.
Women’s Day on the Hill is a powerful day of learning, connection, and advocacy at the Tennessee State Capitol. Participants will hear directly from legislators, policy experts, and movement leaders about the most pressing issues impacting women and families across Tennessee.
The day will begin with welcome remarks from Senator Heidi Campbell, followed by in-depth policy discussions on immigration, reproductive rights, and civil rights featuring leaders from TIRRC Votes, TN Advocates for Planned Parenthood, and the Tennessee Equality Project. Our morning panel, “Together We Rise: Why Women’s Power Matters in Tennessee,” will bring together journalists, advocates, and elected officials for a dynamic conversation on the power of women’s leadership and civic engagement.
Attendees will also participate in small-group legislative visits with Grand Division Team Leads, have the opportunity to join an optional Capitol tour, and gather for a group photo at the Capitol. After lunch, Representative Gabby Salinas will deliver the keynote address, followed by Q&A and closing remarks from TN Women’s Political Caucus leadership.
We’ll close the day with a post-event reception at Lipstick Lounge (1400 Woodland St), offering time to connect, reflect, and build community with advocates from across the state.
This event is free and open to all to ensure women from every corner of Tennessee can participate. If you are able, we invite you to support this work through our Leadership Circle, helping us continue to provide educational programs and opportunities for women across the state.
