Numerous residents at Paradise Trailer Park have spent months trying to solve their habitability issues and improve their living conditions. Their demands included fixing numerous cracks and potholes on the roads, transparency for utility costs, and decrease the trash bill whose cost is not explained at all, and a new property manager as a result of harassment from the manager.

They sent a letter requesting repairs back in late 2025, and got no response, at all.

Today, they went to deliver the letter in person, along with supporters from Rosemead Tenants Union (RTU) and other members of the community, to San Garvey Investments LLC on Valley Blvd.

Finally, they got a verbal appointment to meet with the property manager.

Please be witnesses to this, because witnessing is power. Showing support in numbers will also be a great morale boost for the residents and dispel possible harassment from the managers.
