In his remarks as Pope Francis opened the anniversary of Laudato Si and calling all of us to celebrate the week, he said "I invite all people of goodwill to take part, to care for our common home and for our most vulnerable brothers and sisters"

Pope Francis graciously started Laudato Si’ Week 2021 during his Papal Angelus (Regina Caeli) on Sunday, May 16th. His Holiness warmly invited everyone to participate in the 10-day event and to learn more about how to “listen to the cry of the Earth and the cry of the poor” during the global celebration. As Franciscan, we started our Laudato Si week on Saturday 15th with a Laudato Si Wedding of Steeven and Anne Marie

”Laudato Si’ Week 2021" has started and it is time to reflect on what the COVID-19 pandemic has taught us and prepare for the future with hope.

Pope Francis was inspired by St. Francis of Assisi. Pope's Encyclical reminds us about building a better future and how we are connected to future generations.

In a Franciscan inspiration, the talk will emphasize the need of investing in
1) a clean and green environment
2) for sustainable development
3) for valuable humanity.
