The Winning With webinar series is a monthly lunch-and-learn hosted by the Center for Oil & Gas Organizing (COGO) designed to connect frontline leaders and advocates with practical, replicable strategies that have been used to challenge fossil fuel expansion. The series fosters cross-regional learning by sharing practical tools, proven strategies, and lessons that organizers can adapt to campaigns in their own communities, from pipelines and LNG exports to data centers and beyond.

Our next webinar, Winning With: Non-Violent Direct Action, will explore what non-violent direct action is, how it can fit into a broader organizing strategy, and what communities should consider when deciding whether and how to use it. The session will feature Oil and Gas Action Network, who will discuss the role of non-violent direct action in campaigns, the difference between strategies and tactics, and training and resources available to organizers and communities.

Participants will gain a better understanding of the role non-violent direct action can play in organizing campaigns, considerations around planning and participation, and resources available to those interested in learning more. The session will conclude with a live Q&A.
