Nationally the Green Party has seen enormous growth in the last few months, and Woking is no an exception to this. So we thought it would be nice for new members, as well as long time members who haven't been active, to meet socially.

This is a relaxed lunch time meeting where you will get the chance to

• Meet like minded people. Talking through things people want to do to improve the state of the world is one of the first steps to actually fixing issues.
• Get to know local organisers. There will be a few members of our executive committee and other experienced party members. You can ask them questions you have about the local party and the situations in Woking.
• Talk about plans for the future. We have some ambitious plans for the future of Woking and Surrey and we hope you'll be as excited to be part of them as we are.
• Find out about party workings. At least one of our members will be able to discuss the work that goes into making a local party run and how we can push for change we want to see.

Please come and join us in the Treatz in the town centre. We have reserved an area at the very back of the dessert parlour for Saturday the 7th of March between 1 pm and 3 pm.
