Please join us to hear the personal stories of three Cambridge residents who have lived and worked in Israel and Palestine.

Jalal Hajjaj
was born in Gaza and now lives in Cambridge. He is in constant contact with his family—his parents, siblings and nephews—in Gaza. He will talk about his family’s life in Gaza amid genocide, the destruction of Gaza and displacement of the Palestinians.

Anat Messing
lived in Tel Aviv before moving to Cambridge. She will talk about Gaza Support Network, a grassroots, people-to-people initiative, responding directly to the urgent humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

Kirstylee Blacka is an emergency trauma nurse who worked with the UN in Gaza in 2025, and will talk about the impact of the war on Gaza's health service.

The event is free, but admission is by ticket only. Pre-registration is essential.
