Quinn is the Oregon Policy Director for the Center for Biological Diversity. She works to protect and restore Oregon’s imperiled species and landscapes. Prior to joining the Center, Quinn worked as the Northwest program director at Defenders of Wildlife. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Washington and a law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
