Have you experienced climate anxiety? How has this impacted your workday? As temperatures rise, workers do, too!
We are hosting a four-part workshop series to connect with workers, hear from community organizers, and promote our climate and labour justice digital toolkit. These workshops are open to anyone interested in joining to learn more about our campaign, share stories, and ask questions about your rights at work!
Our third session, Navigating Mental Health During Climate Crises: Surviving and Thriving in Community will underscore the reality of amplified mental health concerns during extreme weather and share some relevant findings from our climate and labour project on this topic.
In this third session, we will hear from mental health professionals who will walk us through how climate anxiety presents itself and how we can cope individually and look out for one another as collective during rapidly changing climate.
If interested, please check out our digital toolkit which includes some basic information that will be covered in our workshop series.
