On World Water Day, join the rally in Winnipeg at Oodena Circle to stand with water protectors for nuclear waste-free Indigenous lands!

Show up to say NO to proposed nuclear waste storage that threatens Grassy Narrows and Lake Winnipeg's watershed.

Rally at 1:00pm

Sacred fire from 7am-7pm (firewood donations welcomed on the day)

A planned geological repository for nuclear waste storage in Ontario lies on the watersheds of the Rainy River, which flows into Lake of the Woods and then into the Winnipeg River and Lake Winnipeg, and the Wabigoon River watershed, which flows through the English River and into Lake Winnipeg.
