Join WSN's street team on November 15th, 5pm at Metrotown Skytrain Station, speak to workers, be in community, build solidarity, and ORGANIZE!

As workers, we know that a better world is not only possible, but necessary. But the way to get to that better world seems long and arduous. How can we, on our own, win a living wage, control over our workplaces, paid sick days, dignified working conditions, and all the other things we need to lead better lives?

The answer is solidarity and community. We need a movement of thousands of workers pushing for the rights we need and deserve. But the path there is hard. How do we, on our own, agitate and organize workers when we're all so isolated from each other?

The secret is there is no secret. It all starts with conversations. Speaking to other workers. Inviting others into the movement. Putting ourselves out there.

That might still seem intimidating on its own. That's why we at WSN want to be there together with you. We want to ensure you have the training, support, and community needed to be able to speak to other workers and invite them organize.

To that end, we want to invite you to join our street outreach team! We conduct regular outreach on a biweekly basis; speak to workers in their workplace, pedestrians on the street, and invite them to join our campaigns. You will never be alone doing outreach with us, we will ensure you always have a WSN staff to support, answer questions, provide training, and help in any way we can!
