This All-Chapter Gathering, just a week before the start of the April 19-22 Spring Rebellion, will be devoted to reflections on the role of climate activism, chapter reports on Spring Rebellion plans, discussion of possibilities for coordination, and last-minute problem-solving.    

• After brief opening activities, we will move into breakout rooms to share thoughts on this question: What do you see as the role of climate activism in this urgent, complicated political moment in U.S. and global/planetary history?
• After whole-group discussion of this question and its relevance to XRUS, two or three chapters will present their Spring Rebellion plans.
• These presentations will be followed by a general discussion of Spring Rebellion plans and the role of climate activism in this complex global and national context.
