This All-Chapter Gathering, just a week before the start of the April 19-22 Spring Rebellion, will be devoted to chapter reports on Spring Rebellion plans, discussion of possibilities for coordination, and last-minute problem-solving.    

Other possible topics include the use of street theater and legal/security matters. Check back here for more details as we add them.
