The main focus of our July 20 All-Chapter Gathering will be a presentation about the structure, values, strategies, practices, and recent actions of one of XRUS's most active and successful chapters, XR Boston. Members of the XR Boston Chapter will discuss how they recruit, onboard, train, and retain members; how they manage the ongoing activities of the chapter; and how they decide upon, plan, and carry out their actions. Following a Q&A discussion, participants will work in Break-out Rooms to discuss how other XRUS chapters can build and rebuild; maintain active and successful working groups; make long-term strategic plans; and carry out regular impactful actions.

The Chapter Gathering will also include XRUS Working Group Reports and Announcements about Upcoming Actions.

We are really excited about this opportunity to learn from one of our most active chapters and grateful to XR Boston for making this happen!
