In our final of four trainings, we will teach you the Basics of Labor Organizing!

In this training, you will learn: Who established leaders in the workplace are; how to spot them and why we need to have organizing conversations with them! What organizing conversations are, why we need to move a majority of our coworkers! How to track all these conversations with writing lists and drawing maps! What it means to have a structure test, and how it pressures our employers! And finally... What winning looks like and what lies beyond a contract!
