LACAN will be hosting John Raphling, the lead researcher of Human Rights Watch's report "You Have To Move! The Cruel and Ineffective Criminalization of Unhoused People in Los Angeles". There will be a panel discussion and a screening of a documentary created by Adam Silver as a companion piece to the report.
