In this training, we'll offer views on risk assessment, group decision-making, mobile street tactics, de-escalation and more

In this four-hour training, you'll learn:

• Group decision-making, planning and risk assessment;
• Mobile street tactics.
• De-escalation: Every person has their own way to de-escalate a tense situation. We will support each participant to find what techniques suit them in their effort to de-escalate people during these polarized and difficult times.
• Strategies for dealing with chemical and other "non-lethal" weapons deployed by law enforcement.
