Every two years, the Young Democrats of America hosts a convention to bring together hundreds of young democrats for training, strategic planning, networking, and the election of the YDA officers for the next biennium.

Rate Information

$85 - Early Bird - (Until 11:59 PM ET on 6/14/2025)
$95 - Standard - (From 6/15/2025 to 11:59 PM ET on 7/15/2025)
$110 - On-Site - (Begins after 12:00 AM ET on 7/16/2025)

Liability Waiver
In registering for this event, the registrant and participant agree to abide by the Young Democrats of America's Participant Waiver and Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement.

Parent / Guardian Waiver for Minors
If a participant is under the age of 18, a parent/guardian waiver for minors must be submitted immediately after registration to office@yda.org.
Hardship Waiver
To request a hardship waiver on registration fees or request assistance on accommodations, email office@yda.org.

YDA reserves the right of admission and may ask for proof of identification from participants in order to comply with any appropriate law or regulation.
