The Youth for RISE Advocacy Network (YRAN) will be for youth and young adult’s ages 13 to 24 in the Richmond metro area who have personally experienced the juvenile justice system or who are interested in improving the juvenile justice system or dismantling the school to prison pipeline.  The central goal of  YRAN is to amplify the voices of young people in their communities and in traditionally adult-dominated policy spaces.
