We look forward to coming together with worker organizers, union partners, strategists and movement leaders from across the country in Atlanta for a national convening in May of 2026. Now more than ever, the commitment to building a multiracial democracy—with working people at the helm— is the necessary change we need to redefine our future. We will commune, strategize, and deeply engage.

Workers are on the front lines in the battle against authoritarianism, from the shop floor to Capitol Hill, and they will revive our democracy.

We will launch registration for the national convening in January 2026 and share other relevant updates soon.
