Thank you for your interest in facilitating a Bay Resistance Action Pod! The pods are only able to work because of our wonderful facilitators - thank you for your interest in supporting the pods in this critical role!

Action Pods are groups of 10-20ish people that are either:

• Organized by zip code - in this case, Bay Resistance will place you into a pod based on your zip-code, to be with folks who live near by you
• Or pre-existing groups that are plugging into our Action Pod structure and program (ex. folks who are all members of an other organization who want to form a Bay Resistance pod, an AG group/ community group/ friend group who want to join and become a Bay Resistance pod)

Facilitator Information:

• Each pod has 2 co-facilitators
• For the zip code pods, Bay Resistance will pair you with a co-facilitator if needed! You are also welcome to find your own co-facilitator, if you would rather co-lead the pod with someone you already know
