The Department of Health and Human Services proposed a rule to reverse a harmful Trump-era “refusals of care” rule that gave hospitals, ambulances, drivers, schedulers, and more the license to refuse care because of personal beliefs. Now is our chance to reverse this rule.

Hospitals have refused to treat or refer someone who needs an abortion and pharmacies have denied patients birth control or medications needed for miscarriage or chronic health conditions. It’s outrageous—and it’s dangerous.
