This month, without bothering to engage with staff, ANZ paid a 2% increase to its Group 5 & 6 staff, with nothing for Group 4 this year. This is despite the cash profit of $3.758 billion announced for this financial year and a hefty $400,000 increase for to CEO Shayne Elliott on top of his already $2.1 million salary.

The other Big 4 Banks are paying at least 3% to their staff, why doesn’t ANZ think we deserve the same?
