1. We, the undersigned, believe the Missouri Constitution should not be altered in a way that is both unnecessary and harmful to Missouri family farmers.

2. Amendment 1 provides no additional protections to independent family farmers, and instead, protects corporate factory farms at the expense of family farms and rural communities.

3. Missouri farmers already have the right to farm. Amendment 1 is an unnecessary corporate takeover of our state constitution that forever guarantees the rights of corporations to write their own rules and bypass democracy and local control.

We are voting NO! on Amendment 1 Tuesday, August 5th.
