The Election Captain Program is a grassroots leadership program designed to mobilize voters, strengthen communities, and win key elections in Pennsylvania. Election Captains are the trusted messengers in their neighborhoods, ensuring that voters are informed, engaged, and ready to take action on Election Day.

Why Become an Election Captain?

Earn a $500–$600 stipend for your leadership in both the primary and general elections.
Develop organizing skills through in-depth training and hands-on experience.

What Election Captains Do:

Get Trained – Attend a deep canvassing training, an Election Day poll-standing and knock-and-drag training, and a candidate canvass training (based on the organization or candidate you’re supporting).
Talk to Your Neighbors – Knock on doors and have meaningful conversations about the issues that matter.
Mobilize for Election Day – Work your polling location, turn out voters, and ensure our communities are heard.
