Wells Fargo branch workers are afraid for their lives. What the company is doing is inexcusable.

Recent cuts to branch staffing, including the removal of security guards, have caused workers to be stressed and overworked. Not only does the lack of adequate staffing cause customer frustration, but it also puts Wells Fargo employees at additional risk in times of crisis.

We demand that Wells Fargo increase staffing at branches for the safety and well-being of its employees and customers and the utilization of security guards, a common practice at other financial institutions.
