The Palestine General Federation of Trade Unions has called for for an arms embargo to stop the movement of weapons from the US to Israel -"Together, we can break the chains of occupation, end oppression, and build a world that is more just and humane."

Weapons on their way to Israel, including dangerous explosives, are shipped out of JFK airport as well as ports in New Jersey. The supply chain delivering military equipment to Israel is facilitated by labor and enabled by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Help us Break the Chains of Occupation, Break the Supply Chain, and enact an arms embargo to let Gaza and Palestine live.

Through field work (community engagement and mobilization), labor work (organizing within unions to build worker power), and policy work (creating a legislative route to an arms embargo) we can put collective pressure on our ports to demand positive, long lasting change for both our local and international community.
