Building a Better Minnesota
Here in Minnesota, we’re facing a transportation and infrastructure crisis.
Back in 2015, a Transportation for America report found that our state has 830 structurally deficient bridges. Every minute, 1,200 of us use these bridges to get where they need to go in Minnesota.
By 2040, the Twin Cities metro area is projected to grow by 750,000 people. In 2016, Gov. Mark Dayton and the state Senate proposed plans to expand light rail, bus service, and safe bicycling and walking routes. But the state House refused to take action. That’s why we’re taking action.
